Do your products come with a warranty?

Please note that Shimreels does not provide any warranty on the products we sell. As resellers of branded items, our responsibility ends once the product is delivered in good condition.

All items are brand new and original, supplied directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors. We do not vouch for product performance after use and cannot be held liable once the item has been used.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, cancellations are possible only if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Do note that we operate from Asia and receive emails from customers worldwide—there may be a delay in response due to time zone differences. All cancellations are subject to availability and status of your order at the time of request.

What should I do if my rod or reel arrives damaged?

Please inspect your rod or reel immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is damaged during transit, contact us right away with clear photos of:

The damaged item
The packaging box and envelope it came in

We’ll assess the situation and offer a solution.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damages that occur after the item has been used.

If it’s a broken rod tip, you may contact us to check if we have a replacement available for purchase, or visit your local fishing shop for repairs.

Why did I receive an email saying my item is out of stock?

While we do our best to keep listings accurate, some inventory is managed manually, so occasional mismatches can occur.

If your item is out of stock, you may:

Swap for a different item of equal value
Choose a different size or color
Request a full refund

Why am I being charged taxes by customs when my order arrives?

Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are at the buyer's expense. Before making the purchase, please check with the customs authorities of your country to determine the value of these additional costs.
