The Popkey 210 Pencil Floating Lure is a large floating pencil for serious surface work when predators are chasing bigger bait.
It is not a tiny finesse plug; it is for presence, distance, and creating a target that fish can track in open water.
Work it with short downward rod taps and enough slack to let the lure swing side to side.
Speed it up when fish are chasing, slow it down when they follow, and use pauses because many surface strikes come just after the lure stops.
It is strongest over flats, along breakwalls, around bait schools, river mouths, reef edges, and low-light feeding lanes.
