The Anthrax Wakey 83mm 3/8oz Floating Lure is a floating wakebait / surface minnow made to disturb the top layer without diving hard.

It is useful when fish are looking up but do not want a loud popper or fast pencil.

Retrieve it slowly enough to leave a wake, then add twitches or pauses near cover.

The slower presentation keeps the lure in the strike zone longer and gives following fish time to commit.

It is strongest along weed edges, shallow flats, shade lines, bank cover, and calm bait activity.

It is not a deep-water lure; use it when the fish are willing to rise or sit high around cover.

The natural baitfish-style finish is strongest in clear to lightly stained water where fish are feeding by sight and you want the lure to match the bait rather than overpower it.
